Inspection & Standards
To protect your sites and reputation, we work to clear, measurable standards on every contract. Before we start, we agree a site-specific schedule that sets out tasks, patrol routes, cleaning frequencies and response times, so you know exactly what ‘good’ looks like.
Our supervisors carry out regular inspections; both announced and unannounced to check guards’ performance, cleaning quality, safety compliance and presentation.
Any defects or missed tasks are logged, corrected quickly and, where needed, used to update instructions or training, so the standard on your site stays consistent, not just on day one.
